There isn't information for absolutely every item in the syllabus but instead there are some resources which will help guide you through the topics which I have found the be the most commonly difficult to understand.

Essentially your driving license for powerboating - providing you with the skills and knowledge to be a competent powerboat driver to enable you to control a boat safely. From this, you can obtain your ICC.
Building on your powerboat driving skills, this course teaches you the skills needed to act as an escort craft, a safety boat, or a coach boat for a fleet of dinghies, windsurfers or canoes in a racing or training environment.
An introduction to sailing for novices to give you a basic understanding of dinghy handling techniques.
Building on the basic background knowledge of Level 1, this course enables you to sail competently on your own without an instructor and also how to deal with a capsize should it occur.
